Access Covers and Frames

Many buyers face a common challenge when purchasing manhole covers. They often purchase covers and frames separately, which can lead to poor fitting, improper closing, or movement during use.

Our Access Covers and Frames are supplied as a complete matched set. The cover and frame are delivered together, so customers do not need to purchase separate frames or matching parts.

The size is Φ700 with overall dimensions of 380 × 680 millimeters, and it meets the D400 standard. If the pit opening matches the standard size, the product can be installed directly.

The cover and frame fit are controlled during factory production, reducing the risk of installation mismatch on site.

We provide three load grades for these product: light-duty, heavy-duty, and extra-heavy-duty.

The light-duty version is suitable for sidewalks and bicycle paths. The heavy-duty version is designed for standard vehicle roads. The extra-heavy-duty version is suitable for freight roads and areas with higher loads.

All three versions share the same external dimensions and use the Φ700 round standard design. Installation methods remain the same, while differences are mainly in wall thickness, rib structure, and load capacity.

This allows customers to select the correct grade for different road sections without using high-spec products throughout the entire project.

The frame of these access covers and frames features a reinforced cast-in anchoring structure. The bottom includes anchoring points that secure the frame firmly in concrete.

The thicker frame edges improve overall rigidity and stability. After installation, the frame integrates securely with the surrounding road structure.

This helps distribute vehicle loads more evenly and reduces the risk of cracking around the pit.

The five-proof design provides multiple safety functions, including theft protection, noise reduction, anti-fall protection, movement resistance, and settlement control. These features improve road safety and long-term service reliability.
